Maintenance Status
Check the maintenance status on your licenses by entering a Reference Number (Product Key, License Number, or Maintenance ID).
Resend Purchase History
Enter the email address you used to purchase your license. Your purchase history as well as your product key will be emailed to you.
Resend Licence Certificate
Enter your Product Key and the license certificate will be emailed to the email address we have on file.
Product Key Recovery
If you are unable to recover your product key with one of the options listed on this page, please contact us at sales@netsarang.com and include as much information as you can regarding your order. Order number, order date, name, company, etc. A sales representative will review your information and get back to you.
