Offline Software Deactivation

If your PC is not connected to the internet and thus the software is not able to deactivate online, you can utilize offline deactivation.


    1. Enter the email address at which you would like to receive confirmation.
    2. Browse for and select the deactivation request file which was generated from the software.
    3. Click Submit.
    4. If valid, the deactivation will be processed, and an activation will be returned to your account.
